- Delivering reward solutions across the total reward cycle and supporting key reward projects and workstreams.
- Providing data analysis, reporting, and insights that support reward related decision making across the business.
- Supporting the design and delivery of compensation, benchmarking, incentive and benefits programmes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to develop effective, market aligned reward solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency through automation and technology.
- Contributing to broader people and financial processes while ensuring high quality delivery and attention to detail.
- Experience across total reward disciplines with an understanding of compensation, benefits, and reward programmes is preferable
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and technologies, including Power BI, Power Query, data modelling, or automation solutions would be beneficial
- Ability to deal with priorities effectively while delivering accurate, high quality outcomes in an ever-changing environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work discretely, using sound judgement while recognising when support or escalation is needed.
