The HR Partnering Consultant role delivers HR support and coaching to Directors / Managers within established frameworks.
You’ll make an impact by: Providing HR coaching and support to Directors / Managers and teams predominantly within a defined business area, although you should be adaptable to work across various departments depending on business needs.
Deliver day‑to‑day HR activities, including partnering support for ER casework, change implementation, talent cycle tasks, and manager coaching.
Supporting implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
Execute defined steps within broader programmes (e. g., restructures, talent reviews).
Influence line managers/Directors by providing good practice guidance.
Supporting culture, engagement and team effectiveness through consistent HR delivery.
Builds trusted relationships at the manager/Director level.
Your skills and experience: Solid grounding in core HR policies and processes Considerable employee relations capability.
Good understanding of people practices and employment law.
Experience working with managers to improve capability.
Able to manage the full employee lifecycle.
Good organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills in a dynamic environment.
CIPD qualification is advantageous.
