Win as a team We have an opportunity for a e Trade Digital Broker Manager to join our great team on a hybrid basis.

This role can be based in any of the following offices: Horsham Maidstone or London You’ll make an impact by: Working within our e Trade team, looking to grow our portfolio through building and maintaining relationships with a wide number of brokers.

Developing relationships with these brokers through regular meetings to fully understand their business and placement strategy.

Looking for profitable growth and look to maximise each opportunity.

Working collaboratively with our regional sales colleagues to identify opportunities to drive growth and with Product Managers to obtain feedback which will allow us to gain better insight of broker needs.

Your skills and experience: Previous experience of Relationship / Account Management is advantageous.

You will be driven, with excellent communication skills and have the confidence and ability to build relationships from scratch.

Any insurance, E-Trade or SME knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.
