You will make an impact by:
- Taking ownership of credit hire and damage claims from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
- Investigating claims thoroughly, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and claimants to manage the process effectively.
- Providing clear, helpful responses to customers and claimants, maintaining high standards of service throughout.
