Gloucester. This opportunity will support the FarmWeb Underwriting team in a hybrid basis. You'll make an impact by:
- Supporting customer journeys by guiding underwriting service solutions across
- our commercial lines.
- Deliver efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the
- information required to focus on risk selection and good underwriting choices.
- Manage Brokers and Underwriters expectations, making it easier for customers
- to do business with us.
- Handle calls, emails and administrative duties for a variety of office tasks such as
- reporting, claims follow ups and more
- Prior experience in a customer service role or a recent school leaver interested in
- growing a career with a major insurance provider.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Prior exposure or knowledge of underwriting and/or agricultural business is
- desirable but not essential.
