This role involves carrying out a full range of analytical and planning activities to support the effective short-term planning of operational resources across all channels and business areas. You will work closely with operational stakeholders and Service Delivery Analysts to optimise resource placement, manage changes to short-term plans, and ensure customer service, operational engagement, and cost are balanced. Your insight and planning will help the business meet its goals while supporting a skilled and engaged workforce.

The locations for this role are Manchester, Liverpool or Glasgow.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Delivering realistic and robust short-term resource plans, highlighting opportunities and providing insight to help the business meet and exceed its plans.
  • Working collaboratively with operational teams and Service Delivery roles to manage changes to short-term plans, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities to maximise service levels.
  • Analysing variances to short-term plans, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve operational performance.
  • Utilising WFM and analytical tools to provide tactical and strategic solutions, supporting operational changes and improving resource planning capability.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience of data analysis and general business awareness.
  • Proficiency in using WFM tools to support operational planning and resource optimisation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, presenting detailed or complex information clearly to influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of operational strategy and capacity planning within a customer or broker service centre environment.
