We are currently recruiting for a Finance Change Consultant to join our established and experienced Finance team here at RSA on a hybrid basis for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your role
The purpose of this role is to support Finance, companywide and strategic projects including understanding business impact feasibility studies and impact on Finance readiness.
Ensuring appropriate third-party advice/opinion is gathered on key technical or industry developments and to provide technical expertise and evaluate options.
This role will, report back to stakeholders and manage expectations plans and ensure projects can be resourced to meet demanding timelines whilst maintaining an effective control environment. Ensure project management governance is adhered to using the RSA’s project methodology tools.
You will add value through your knowledge of Finance, planning, assessing and implementing change to processes, systems and software to meet requirements and timescales.
About you
You will be a Qualified / Part Qualified accounting professional or Qualified by experience with in-depth knowledge of relevant accounting systems and substantial user experience of Finance business functions.
You will have considerable influencing and stakeholder management skills as the role will have a direct impact on the go forward processes and systems operated in the Global Finance function.
