We are currently recruiting for a Database Engineer to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As a Database Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimising database systems, with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of software applications.
In your role, you will participate in reviews, provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards and project timelines.
You may be required to provide out-of-hours standby support to ensure timely incident resolution and maintain operational continuity.
About You
Your role will involve collaborating with other Platform teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
