We are currently recruiting for a Data Transformation Manager to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Role RequirementsAs the Data Transformation Manager you will be responsible for leading the transformation of RSA’s data landscape through the implementation of the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), ensuring modern, scalable data solutions are in place and deliver the expected benefits to the business. You will manage the lifecycle of data transformation projects from initiation to delivery. Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects, ensuring they stay on track and deliver value to the organization. You will ensure data quality, governance, and compliance frameworks are embedded within all transformation projects. You will collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to define transformation requirements, timelines, and deliverables, also co-define data-driven solutions that support organizational objectives. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
The IndividualAbout You: To be successful in this role you will have experience in managing data transformation and large-scale data projects. You will have knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture. You will have experience in data governance, quality frameworks, and change management. You will have excellent stakeholder management and project leading skills. You will also ideally have experience in the Insurance domain.
