We are currently recruiting for a Data Culture Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Role RequirementsAs the Data Culture Lead you will be responsible for shaping and embedding a data-driven culture across the organization and will lead projects that empower employees to leverage data effectively, foster collaboration, and drive value from data. You will develop a consistent communication plan to socialize data projects, best practices, and tools. You will define, design and implement a Data Academy to upskill employees in data literacy, analytics, and advanced data skills, tools, etc. You will develop workshops and online resources to enable employees to utilize data tools and platforms effectively. You will establish key performance indicators to measure the success of data culture projects and regularly report progress to leadership and establish feedback loops.
The IndividualTo be successful in this role you will have experience in driving data culture or data transformation projects within a corporate environment, preferably in insurance. You will have good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. You will have experience in developing engaging communication material and designing and delivering training programs focused on data literacy and analytics. You will have good understanding of data platforms, DM tools, and frameworks relevant to data management and governance.
