You will join a well established UK Specialty Client Services function, supporting the delivery of complex multinational programmes across a range of specialist lines. Your role will be central to ensuring high quality service for brokers and customers, helping to deliver consistent outcomes and supporting long term relationships.
You will contribute to a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and excellent communication are key to success, while being supported with opportunities to grow and progress your career.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Managing multinational and service intensive accounts, ensuring accurate handling from submission through to policy placement and ongoing servicing.
- Interpreting underwriting materials and identifying any gaps, raising queries where needed to ensure complete and accurate programme delivery.
- Delivering effective coordination of global policy placement, including issuing instructions, resolving queries and aligning with underwriting expectations.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with brokers, customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Producing policy documentation, invoices and endorsements accurately, while ensuring service standards and timelines are consistently met.
- Supporting technical referrals and providing guidance to colleagues, sharing knowledge to promote best practice across the team.
- Contributing to month end financials and supporting accurate reporting through attention to detail and accountability.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and strengthen service quality across your work.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience within insurance from either an Underwriting, Underwriting Support or Claims background.
- Words issuance experience is essential.
- Some understanding of complex or multinational insurance programmes would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with brokers, customers and internal teams.
- High level of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work effectively with policy administration systems.
