You'll make an impact by
- Leading the delivery of multinational and domestic insurance programmes, ensuring policy issuance, drafting, authorisation, and servicing activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Providing technical knowledge and operational support to underwriting teams, helping to resolve queries and maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
- Coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, including brokers, customers, Wordings, Finance, and Global Network teams, ensuring clear communication and effective outcomes throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Supporting the development of colleagues through coaching, peer review, quality assurance, and the creation of training materials that help build capability across the wider team.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen operational resilience, support change and improve the customer experience.
Your skills and experience
- Experience within insurance operations, underwriting support, policy servicing, policy drafting, wordings, or a related specialty insurance environment.
- Knowledge of multinational insurance programmes, captive arrangements, reinsurance structures, and policy documentation requirements.
- Ability to review, authorise, and quality check insurance documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positivity managing competing priorities, applying sound judgement, and delivering high quality outcomes in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build effective working relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience supporting the development of others through coaching, feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Digital proficiency across business systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
