Principal Responsibilities:

1) Own the partner-facing “Why RSA” story and channel messaging

  • Act as the Voice of the Channel – representing partner and distributor perspective, needs, and feedback in marketing strategy, planning, and campaign development.
  • Build and maintain RSA’s partner-facing messaging architecture, including “Why RSA,” category value, differentiation, competitive positioning, case studies, and proof points.
  • Translate product marketing and enablement content into partner-facing communications, with guidance by partner type (reseller, distributor), by motion (net-new, expansion, renewal), and by ICP buyer persona.
  • Develop concise partner talk tracks, elevator pitches, and objection-handling messaging, aligned across channel sales, distribution, and field teams based on field and internal feedback.

2) Global channel communications engine

  • Own the global channel communications strategy and calendar, coordinating program updates, launches, enablement releases, and Partner Portal messaging into a consistent cadence.
  • Create partner communications that drive clarity and action, including newsletters, launch kits, Partner Portal updates, webinars, and distributor communications.
  • Build frictionless selling guides and FAQs that help partners understand and act on key updates.

3) Manage RSA's communication forums — including the RSA Partner Portal

  • Own and manage RSA’s partner-facing communication forums, with the RSA Partner Portal as the primary channel and single source of truth for partner communications.
  • Manage Partner Portal content governance — what gets published, when, and how it is organised — in partnership with Partner Operations and PRM owners.
  • Run and manage other partner communication forums (webinars, distributor briefings, partner newsletters, community/PRM discussion channels) to keep partners informed and engaged.
  • Ensure content flowing through these forums is accurate, current, and consistent by working closely with the Global Channel Enablement, Product Marketing, and Channel Sales teams.

4) Partner onboarding and lifecycle communications

  • Build and run partner onboarding and activation communications that move partners from signed to selling faster.
  • Create onboarding communications and partner readiness journeys (30/60/90 day experience), coordinating with the Global Channel Enablement team on quick-start kits, training paths, and first-deal support guidance.
  • Develop lifecycle communications for quarterly readiness, launches, program requirements, and renewal readiness.

5) Collaborate with Global Channel Enablement

  • Partner closely with the Global Channel Enablement team so enablement assets, toolkits, and training are communicated clearly and reach partners through the right forums at the right time.
  • Align the communications calendar with the enablement roadmap to avoid conflicting or duplicated messaging.
  • Coordinate Partner Council content and messaging. Use councils to validate messaging, identify friction, gather feedback, prioritise communication needs, strengthen partner loyalty, and capture the voice of the partner community.
  • Act as the communications and Partner Portal point of contact for enablement launches, ensuring a consistent partner experience across both functions.

6) Measurement and operational rigor

  • Define and report KPIs that connect communications and forum engagement to business outcomes.
  • Build a quarterly operating cadence with channel leadership to review insights, identify gaps, and prioritise communications improvements.

Cross-functional partners

Key to success for this role is relationship management across the core teams.

  • Global channel and partner program leadership
  • Global Channel Enablement team
  • Global channel sales and distribution leaders
  • Product Marketing, Field & Channel Enablement
  • Partner Operations and PRM owners, Marketing Analytics

Qualifications Required:

  • 6–10+ years in channel communications, partner communications, PRM/portal management, or channel GTM roles in enterprise technology (cybersecurity a plus).
  • Track record of standing up a communications function or capability from scratch — evidence of operating in ambiguity, defining the framework, and delivering measurable outcomes without close direction.
  • Hands-on experience owning a Partner Portal or PRM as a communications surface — including content governance, single-source-of-truth practices, and driving partner engagement with the platform.
  • Proven ownership of a messaging architecture or partner/customer-facing communications program — including positioning, talk tracks, launch communications, and a recurring communications cadence at scale.
  • Strong track record collaborating with Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to communicate content and programs clearly, without owning asset creation directly.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and program management skills, with a bias for clarity, simplicity, and measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of defining and reporting KPIs that tie communications and forum engagement to business outcomes, and running an operating cadence with senior leadership against them.
  • Working proficiency with PRM platforms and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM); familiarity with marketing/communications tooling such as HubSpot, Seismic, Canva or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Experience with multi-tier channel ecosystems and distribution.
  • Cyber security industry, or equivalent transferrable skills.

Location and travel:

  • UK&I based; global scope
