We stop fraud, not customers. The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, focusing on Corporate Accounts, by renewing and expanding the book of business across Outseer's offerings to existing customers while also targeting new customer acquisition. Your mission is to empower businesses to combat online fraud effectively, safeguarding them from financial and reputational risks. You will develop a robust pipeline, execute a strategic client expansion plan, and cultivate value-driven relationships with stakeholders at all levels within your accounts. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. Manage and build strong relationships with customer accounts. Generate and maintain sufficient pipeline through prospecting and outreach. Identify and pursue business opportunities to maintain and grow pipeline. Communicate account progress and status to stakeholders. Prepare reports on account status and progress. Maintaining sales lead, opportunity, and client information in the CRM database, accurately, on an ongoing, real-time basis. Partner with regional sales team to manage and grow business and pipeline. Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and revenue/sales targets. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Marketing. ~3+ years Account Management and/or Direct Sales Experience. ~ Able to create systems of organization for effective account management. ~ Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting. ~ Available for local and overnight travel (up to 50%). Takes ownership of actions and outcomes, meeting commitments and striving for high performance.
