Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Wilmslow. The SuccessFactors Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SuccessFactors system to optimize HR processes. Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.
- Performing system configurations and ensuring the platform aligns with business needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing requirements.
- Delivering training or guidance to end-users.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in SuccessFactors system management, including configuring modules and troubleshooting.
