This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working field‑based, visiting customer sites/our offices, and also remotely. Here Is More About What You Will Be Doing… Spending a part of your time ‘on the road’, you will be the key point of contact for our customers covering Suffolk and surrounding areas. These companies are incredibly varied, coming from a range of different industries and backgrounds. You will be working closely with these customers, looking to identify their challenges with a view to providing them with top‑in‑class solutions, taking your portfolio to the next level. You will also work to:
- Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
- Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
- Build a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors.
- Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records.
- Build coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers.
