What You Will Be Doing…

  • Spending a part of your time 'on the road', you will be the key point of contact for our customers covering Suffolk and surrounding areas.
  • Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Identifying and targeting revenue potential within your portfolio.
  • Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers.

What existing skills and experience will you need to be successful in this opportunity?

  • Experience in a field‐based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working to KPIs and targets.
  • Open‑minded with a willingness to embrace change.
  • Solution‑led approach to work.
  • Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or B2B platforms (bonus).
