RS Window Cleaners is looking for a reliable and hardworking window cleaner to join our small, friendly team. You'll use professional-grade water-fed pole systems to clean mostly residential properties across the local area. All equipment is supplied, and full training is provided — though experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Clean exterior windows using a 22ft carbon-fibre SLX22 water-fed pole system (no ladders required)
- Occasionally use a 35–42ft pole for a very small number of higher windows
- Work on residential homes and a handful of small commercial properties
- Drive a company van to different job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Maintain equipment and help keep the van and tools clean and organised
- Discuss daily weather updates in the team group chat (we don’t work in heavy rain)
- 20+ hours per week, usually Monday - Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
- If rain stops work on those days, you’ll be expected to work the following day instead to complete your hours
- Some flexibility is required depending on the weather
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years held) – licence check required
- Experience with water-fed poles preferred, but full training will be provided
- Physically fit and ready for manual work — expect some sore arms and shoulders during the first few weeks
- Must be reliable and punctual – we’re a small team and every person matters
- Friendly, professional attitude – you’ll represent the business at customers' homes
- Must be able to work both independently and alongside others
- This is a PAYE position – not self-employed
- £12.21 per hour (National Living Wage)
