What you will be doing:
- Convert client data into insights with appropriate visualisations to present clear, compelling, meaningful, and engaging “stories” to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Engage with the Data and Analytics to deliver automated, scalable operational dashboards and reports to internal and external stakeholders, supporting daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Use best coding practices to generate reproducible work as advised and established by the Analytics and Data function.
- Develop and update technical documentation for the release of new Client reporting.
- Drive the operating rhythm of the function.
- Engage with the Analytics and data functions as well as the Operations community to upskill the teams on existing reporting, BI and standard analytics tools.
- Promote business insight‑driven culture across RS IS functions and be an instrumental player of reporting standardisation activity across the operation community by reducing client custom reporting.
- Proactively identify business insight needs and build a reporting suite to provide insightful information to the Business.
What do I need to be successful?
- Knowledge of DAX/Power Query, SQL, VBA.
- Strong business acumen across multiple disciplines and areas such as Supply Chain and Operations.
- Knowledge of QlikView.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving mindset.
- Avid interest in current and innovative analytics market trends, i.e. modelling, predictive analytics, analytics automation.
