Role Overview
As the Stores Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery within our integrated stores solutions by leading and directing the daily operations of the stores and personnel. You will oversee the continuous delivery of operational excellence in the stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily duties of the Stores team, ensuring achievement of performance metrics such as stock checks, stock accuracy, site support, goods receipt, and processing.
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and effective delivery of store performance metrics.
- Deliver store solutions aligned with the RS Integrated Supply Client satisfaction scorecard.
- Maintain consistent performance in store management as measured through the Opex program.
- Implement and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the stores and team.
- Ensure daily store operations comply with company processes and procedures.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and adhere to the company's health and safety policies.
- Understand and respond to client needs to maintain exceptional service delivery.
- Attend site meetings regarding store issues and follow up accordingly.
