What You Will Be Doing:

  • Delivery: Establish and lead the PMO for the P&OE Portfolio. Support the launch and embedding of the Transformation implementation. Manage the portfolio roadmap. Lead relationships and interfaces with Strategy Delivery & Execution and develop a business partner network across work‑streams to ensure consistency of approach, tools, and reporting.
  • Data Analysis, Reporting & Insight: Own the management information and performance reporting across the P&OE Portfolio workstreams, reporting to ExCo, Steering Committees and the stakeholder community. Create insightful metrics, monitor KPIs and the levers that impact them. Use data and analytics to drive delivery, identify issues, propose fixes, accelerate decision‑making and continuously improve ways of working. Ensure provision of accurate data from different sources.
  • Governance and Assurance: Work with the P&OE Portfolio Delivery team to establish and improve governance and complete required reporting. Establish consistent governance and controls across the P&OE organic projects. Establish and manage the portfolio assurance process to enable control and effective risk and issue management, supporting delivery excellence in scope, time, quality and cost and compliance with company policy and procedure. Continuously monitor and evaluate delivery through the assurance process. Conduct quality reviews of change initiatives as required and advise on areas of concern and improvement opportunities.
  • Stakeholder & Communications: Influence and negotiate across group‑wide stakeholders including ExCo, Steering Committees and programmes and projects. Act as an ambassador and champion for the P&OE Delivery Unit across stakeholders and functions. Support the production of communications. Own stakeholder management, building strong relationships and interfaces with the central Strategy Delivery & Execution team. Maintain a business partner network with critical business areas for successful delivery of the P&OE Organic plan.
