The Opportunity: We’re looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to support our Corporate Services, People and Finance functions. As a key member of the Enabling Functions Finance Team, you’ll provide clear financial insight, strong cost base management and business partnering support that helps shape strategic direction and drive performance. This is a highly visible role, acting as the key link between Finance and the functions you support, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust analysis and aligned to business priorities.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing business partnering support to Enabling Functions, building strong relationships across leadership teams
- Supporting strategic and operational decision‑making with high‑quality financial insight
- Driving effective cost management and influencing stakeholders to deliver performance targets
- Owning financial support for functional programmes, delivering rigorous analysis and evaluation
- Producing clear, insightful financial reporting with recommendations and actions
- Contributing to planning, budgeting and forecasting, translating objectives into robust financial plans
- Championing best practice and continuous improvement across Finance
What You Will Bring:
- A recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide clear, actionable financial insight
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within a matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey key financial drivers effectively
- Ability to influence decision‑making and support leadership teams constructively
- Experience with SAP, OneStream or similar finance systems (desirable)
