We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Analyst to join our Product and Supplier Management (P&SM) team. This role reports to the Head of Data & Analytics – P&SM.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and deliver technical KPIs using Snowflake and Power BI.
- Conduct detailed analysis of P&SM performance, identify root causes, and develop effective action plans.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed data‑driven decision making.
- Manage business requirements and map processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Support training and development in new analytical technologies.
- Drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation through data and insight.
About You
- Strong technical skills in analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI).
- Proven experience in performance analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of Product and Supplier Management and business processes.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working across cultures and in fast‑paced, customer‑driven environments.
- Certifications in data technologies would be desirable.
