This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a People Services Administrator to join our People Services team, supporting core HR operations across key countries and Centres of Expertise. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is detail‑orientated, proactive and keen to build experience across People systems, processes and administration. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience while supporting continuous improvement across the function.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintaining accurate employee data, including onboarding, payroll inputs and system updates
  • Supporting end‑to‑end administration for joiners and leavers, including documentation and record management
  • Producing regular reports and supporting data accuracy across People systems
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition with administrative activities such as interview scheduling
  • Managing compliance activities including screening data and file retention
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting the development of efficient People services

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Teams
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A customer‑focused approach with a passion for improving employee experience
  • Previous HR or People administration experience at a similar level (desirable)
