RS Group is looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join our Service Operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual who can coordinate and govern change activity across the organisation, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and well‑managed approach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the Change Management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to governance and best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact within Service Operations for all Change Management activities.
- Review and coordinate global product changes and system releases.
- Ensure robust business impact and risk assessments are completed and validated.
- Plan and communicate business/service outages and maintenance windows.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC).
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and improvement actions.
- Track and ensure completion of improvement actions, with appropriate stakeholder sign‑off.
- Support the Release Management process and attend Release Board and Project Release meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party partners and internal resolver teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and insight.
- Contribute to Problem Management activities, particularly for major or recurring incidents.
- Produce and present key reports, metrics, and performance insights.
- Participate in monthly governance meetings with managed service providers (MSPs).
About You:
You’re a highly organised and confident Change Analyst who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring processes are followed without compromising agility. You bring a structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge where needed and drive improvements. You communicate clearly and effectively, can influence decision‑making, and remain calm under pressure—especially when managing critical or high‑impact changes. You’re proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and take ownership of seeing initiatives through to completion.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in IT Operations or Service Support within a global or regional organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 and its practical application.
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high‑pressure situations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL Practitioner or ITIL v3 Expert certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale systems, platforms, and infrastructure environments.
