Join our Global Procurement team at RS Integrated Supply. As a key player in our Supplier Commercial Excellence initiative, you will support supplier-facing commercial and transactional activities, focusing on revenue generation, spend tracking, productivity metrics, and payment terms optimization. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, you will collaborate with global teams to provide insightful analysis and drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop revenue and gross margin targets with Procurement leads for the annual budget.
- Create accurate financial forecasts and trend analyses to project future performance.
- Integrate supplier metrics into client profitability analysis and optimize P&L and cash flow.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of supplier revenues.
- Develop metrics to monitor procurement efficiency and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate on cash flow management and optimize supplier payment terms.
- Enhance procurement activities through continuous improvement and system evaluation.
About You
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial metrics.
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Experience in a global matrix organization, industry knowledge, and proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, JDE, OneStream).
