  • Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.
  • Attend BIM meetings with Clients/Consultants.
  • Check clash report and presentation.
  • Coordinate built BIM for project completion to clients.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural / Structural / M&E) to develop BIM drawings.
  • Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation and coordination (Tender requirements) so that office and site can access the same data.
  • Mandate all (Main-con and Sub-con) to extract shop drawings from BIM Model.
  • Ensure 2D Drawings and 3D Drawings are aligned.
  • Prepare template for Asset Information Model (Facility Maintenance Stage) for future BIM projects tender requirements.
  • Support tender in BIM scope of works when needed.
  • Attend technical meetings when required.
