Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding market share and securing Facilities Management (FM) Operations and Alteration & Addition (A&A) projects.
This is a highly commercial, client-facing role that requires an established industry network, strong business acumen and a proven ability to proactively originate, develop and close business opportunities.
The successful candidate is expected to leverage their personal industry relationships and extensive portfolio of contacts to build a sustainable sales pipeline, win new contracts and achieve ambitious business growth targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve the Company\'s revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
Proactively identify, originate and pursue new business opportunities through personal networking, market intelligence, referrals and strategic client engagement.
Leverage your established industry network and portfolio of contacts to generate qualified leads and secure new FM Operations and A&A projects.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting, relationship management and market penetration activities.
Acquire new clients while expanding business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, REITs, managing agents, consultants, government agencies, multinational corporations and key decision-makers.
Lead the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, client engagement, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation and contract award.
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities to strengthen the Company\'s market position.
