Be the friendly first point of contact
We are looking for a confident and organised Customer Support Administrator to join our team at RS Sailing. You will be the first voice or name our customers and dealers hear when they have questions, issues, or need a bit of support.

This isn’t a technical or hands-on role; you won’t need to fix boats, but you will play a key part in making sure queries are passed to the right people and followed up until they are sorted. It’s all about communication, care, and making sure our customers feel looked after.

What your day might look like

  • Taking calls and responding to emails from customers and dealers
  • Logging each enquiry or issue into our system
  • Passing the query on to the right person or team
  • Keeping an eye on open tickets and chasing updates when needed
  • Letting customers know how things are progressing
  • Signing off tickets once everything’s been resolved
  • Keeping things running smoothly by supporting internal teams

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

  • Like helping people and getting things sorted
  • Are great at juggling tasks and staying organised
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (in writing and over the phone)
  • Can keep calm when it gets busy and always follow things through
  • Don’t mind picking up the phone or sending a friendly nudge

Why join the RS family?
We are passionate about getting people on the water, and we take pride in what we do, from the boats we build to the service we give. You don’t need sailing experience (though many of us do love it), just a positive attitude and a desire to make things better for our customers.

You will join a supportive team in a role where you can make a real difference. We offer a friendly workplace, flexible hours, and plenty of opportunities to learn as you go.

  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Performance bonus

To apply or ask any questions about this exciting role, please email lucy@rsmarinegroup.com with a cover letter and a CV attached. We look forward to receiving your application.
