Location – Warrington (WA3 6UT)

Role type – 12 month FTC.

As a Buying Administrator, you will be responsible for all tasks related to supplier master data, supplier set up, maintenance, management and compliance in RS Integrated Supply systems, in line with the service specification outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and internal procedures.

This unique role in the business is a touchpoint for many functions and individuals, including but not limited to Procurement, Finance, Operations, ICT, RS Group Responsible Procurement.

Managing the workload and task which this role demands requires strong organisational and time management skills, excellent administration attributes and superb communication abilities

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for new supplier account creations in RS Integrated SAP, Sync systems for UK and EU business.
  • Ensuring supplier master data is maintained accurately and completely (supplier accessibility, company details, contact information etc).
  • Ownership of bank detail, payment terms and payment method data accuracy within the business.
  • Key point of contact for supplier related ESG activity, including TA15 background checks.
  • Delivery of high-volume transactional processes.
  • Delivery of problem-solving actions.
  • Develop and work towards Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver excellent Client experience and satisfactory service.

  • Strong ICT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams. SAP and Sync (Microsoft Dynamics) knowledge desirable.
