RS Safety Solutions, part of RS Group, is the UK’s leading supplier of PPE, safety, and hygiene products to the food manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced Supplier Manager to join our team here in Melton.

As the Supplier Manager, you will be involved in developing and leveraging local supplier relationships across our UK&I market. This is a critical role where your primary activity will be meeting with suppliers and developing partnerships to become the first choice for our defined strategic suppliers. Strong engagement with the sales community, including regular customer visits, is a component of the role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering commercial benefit from ongoing review of supplier pricing agreements and commercial term negotiations.
  • Gaining price support for specific customers/opportunities to contribute towards achieving profitable growth ambitions within the category.

  • Identify risks and opportunities to continuously improve category performance.
