As the Strategy & Programs Coordinator, you will provide essential day-to-day support to the Director of Strategy & Customer Programs, helping to keep individuals organised, on track and well-documented.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build foundational project management and strategic support experience, with room to grow into more senior program responsibilities over time.

What you will be doing

  • Support the coordination of projects and initiatives, including tracking timelines, actions, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting materials for ongoing programs.
  • Schedule and help prepare for meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Carry out research and data-gathering tasks to support strategic and customer-related projects.
  • Assist with basic analysis and formatting of presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine queries related to ongoing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of small, well-defined tasks and projects delegated by the Director.
  • Flag risks, delays, or blockers early so they can be addressed before they escalate.

What do I need to be successful?

  • If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
  • Experience in coordination, administrative, junior project management, or business support.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (e. g. Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
  • Proactive attitude – able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision once briefed.
  • Attention to details, particularly around documentation and tracking accuracy.
