A bit about what you enjoy doing to be successful in this role...
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective management of inbound communications and support functions within the Internal Sales department. This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound calls, determining the appropriate department for each inquiry. The role also involves maintaining the PCA, triaging regional inboxes, supporting inbound work on vacant portfolios, and following up on quotes. Additionally, the role is responsible for educating customers and sales colleagues on the correct departmental contacts to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
