The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

As a front facing representative of RS Integrated Supply, you will be responsible for ensuring the Stores are maintained to a high standard and take full responsibility for the availability of products which will be bought both effectively and efficiently to deliver savings to the Client.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver stock to our satellite stores and local plants in the West Midlands area, there will be some manual handling involved.
  • Transfer stock between sites as and when requested.
  • Report any discrepancies of stock to Team Leaders.
  • Maintain the van's cleanliness and report any damage/defects on a daily basis.
  • Take the van to the approved site for repairs or services.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the Client.
  • Issue stock products to the Client.
  • Source and make available supplier catalogues and product reference material for the Client.
  • Expedite all outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner when required.
  • Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system.
  • Release products on back order for delivery to the Client.
  • Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary.
  • Complete stock deliveries in line with Company standards (within one working day of receipt of goods).
  • Conduct rotational stock checks.
  • Record stock locations for new products required in store.
  • Record stock adjustments and action as appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping in line with Company standards.
  • Attend site meetings when required to discuss any issue(s) within store and follow up appropriately.
  • Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job.
  • Delivery of excellent Client experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Full UK driver's licence.
  • Working in a team.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with responsive action being applied efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the Client.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
