Experteer Overview In this role you lead a 20-person NPI and data governance team across UK and Riga, steering supplier onboarding, data governance, and lifecycle management. You'll drive digital transformation to speed product introductions, improve content standards, and enable scalable growth while reducing cost to serve. You'll partner with solutions architecture and IT to implement a forward-looking data and content architecture. Your work directly supports faster time to market and higher data quality across channels. Pay / Benefits
