Responsibilities

  • Becoming the controls subject‑matter expert for a core process area (Purchase‑to‑Pay or Order‑to‑Cash)
  • Designing, redesigning and embedding controls aligned to SAP S/4HANA and future‑state processes
  • Partnering with transformation teams and the business to influence pragmatic control solutions
  • Supporting controls self‑assessments, oversight activities and performance reporting
  • Maintaining high‑quality documentation within the controls system and ensuring data accuracy
  • Acting as a change agent, supporting the business through transition and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong technical experience in finance, audit or controls, with appetite to specialise deeply
  • Ability to influence, coach and work with stakeholders at varying levels of controls knowledge
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast‑moving transformation environments
  • Strong analytical skills with a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Experience or exposure to SAP, transformation programmes or process redesign (advantageous)
