As Head of Change Management, you will drive the people side of complex business and technology change, including SAP S/4HANA readiness, ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder engagement and lasting business outcomes. Partnering with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll define change strategy, build organisational capability, and lead impactful transformation programmes that deliver real value at scale. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence the future of the business while developing a best-in-class change management function. What You Will Be Doing Develop and lead the GSBS change strategy, aligning with the Group Change agenda and embedding the RS SHIFT framework across transformation programmes.
