As the Digital Merchandising Executive, you will manage the day-to-day digital merchandising for your category, focusing on optimizing the online customer experience and driving commercial success. You will work cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class digital merchandising, allowing customers to shop effortlessly on our website. Through insights and analysis, you will drive new initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, and growing basket size.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Track key performance metrics for your category and brands, including visits, revenue, AOV, conversion, and search trends, and create actions to improve them.
- Provide regular global sales reports to the Head of Digital Merchandising, detailing category and brand performance, with actionable insights to optimize the customer experience and meet KPIs.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns and promotions, ensuring the timely delivery of necessary information to digital teams.
- Collaborate with the Digital Merchandising Manager and teams to create category plans that align with the broader strategy and contribute to its success.
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders on short-term goals and project risks through regular planning meetings.
- Monitor competitors and implement action plans to ensure our customer journey is optimal and best-in-class.
- Share best practices across the business to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Digital Merchandising Manager to leverage customer insights for solving problems and identifying opportunities in the digital merchandising strategy.
- Support the Digital Merchandising Manager in building relationships with category brands, suppliers, and services, advocating for digital merchandising investments.
- Represent the function in meetings and forums when needed, including acting as a key contact for external suppliers.
- Manage relationships with marketing, digital product owners, photography, and category teams.

What We're Looking For:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in a B2B or B2C Digital Merchandising role.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, and Google Trends, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape and experience using content management systems.
- Familiarity with Digital Merchandising KPIs, tools, and techniques to improve performance.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for enhancing UX and CX.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategic plans.
- Knowledge of digital merchandising principles and tools; CMS experience is a plus.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong customer focus, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions.
- Effective at influencing stakeholders and securing approval for proposals across teams.
- Ability to build relationships and influence external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Hybrid role requiring 3 days in person at the Corby office or an alternative location for collaboration.
- Passionate about eCommerce, with experience in a B2B or B2C online environment.
