We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth for our regional customers. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across multiple industries, identifying their challenges and delivering tailored, top‑class solutions to advance our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Spend a portion of your time on the road, maintaining strong relationships with customers across the region.
- Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
- Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
- Build a detailed understanding of customers, markets, and competitors.
- Maintain and keep accurate customer records.
- Build coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets, including working with internal account managers.
- Experience in a field‑based sales role with account management responsibilities and a track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
- Open‑minded, adaptable and willing to embrace change.
- Solution‑led approach to sales and business development.
- Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar B2B systems is a bonus.
