Supply Chain Business Analyst

At RS Group, we are on a journey of digital transformation and we are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Supply Chain Business Analyst to play a key role in that evolution. You will work closely with our technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects that transform our supply chain operations, including warehouse upgrades, logistics improvements, and transport optimisation.
As part of our wider Business Analyst Practice, you will join a collaborative and experienced BA community where learning, sharing, and growing are at the core. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional projects and expand your experience across other portfolios.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Elicit, define, and document clear business requirements that reflect real business needs.
- Own and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring traceability and quality.
- Collaborate with Architects to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.
- Partner with Engineers and key stakeholders to support solution development and delivery.
- Plan and manage your own analysis workload and contribute to overall project planning.
- Use structured problem-solving and critical thinking to explore options and define effective solutions.
- Support vendor selection processes, including documenting evaluation criteria and supporting assessments.
- Facilitate engaging and productive workshops with stakeholders to refine requirements and gather insights.
- Create process models, user journeys, and other artefacts to support analysis and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Supply Chain or Logistics domain.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and operations (SAP/EWM/WMS/WCS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Experience with business analysis techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process modelling (e.g., BPMN, As-is/To-be diagrams).
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and using various requirements elicitation methods.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
- A proactive mindset—you know when to take initiative and go the extra mile to ensure delivery.
- A collaborative team player with a desire to continuously improve and learn.
