6-month FTC Location – Warrington (WA3 6UT) – 2 days per week in the office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
What you will be doing:
- Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Conduct project kick-off meetings to align the team with project goals and expectations. To effectively deliver project outcomes to agreed scope, time, cost and quality targets. To provide regular, timely and high quality Project status reports.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage key workstream leads and project contributors. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets project milestones.
