Location: This role is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London, Corby or Manchester office.
We are seeking a Strategy Delivery and Execution Lead to join RS Group plc. This role offers the opportunity to drive alignment between strategic priorities and execution across the business. You will support Group-wide prioritisation and champion standard portfolio management practices to improve delivery, governance, and strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy Delivery & Execution, you’ll work with stakeholders across functions and regions to ensure our investment decisions are realistic, aligned, and consistently delivered.
What you will be doing:
• Support the group prioritisation process, aligning strategy, delivery and business capacity, and budget.
• Manage key planning inputs and support investment submissions and reforecast cycles.
• Design, embed and maintain quality standards and audit adherence to portfolio and project processes.
• Monitor delivery performance and provide regular reporting on milestones, health, and budget.
• Support intake and change control processes, ensuring governance and compliance.

• Strong understanding of portfolio and strategic programme management.
• Skilled in working with diverse delivery methodologies and managing through influence.
