As a front-facing representative of RS Integrated Supply, you will be responsible for maintaining the Stores to a high standard and ensuring the availability of products. Your role involves procuring products effectively and efficiently to deliver savings to the Client.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional relationship with the Client.
- Issue stock products to the Client.
- Source and provide supplier catalogues and product references.
- Expedite outstanding purchase orders promptly.
- Record goods delivered into the stock control system accurately.
- Release products on back order for delivery.
- Confirm customer deliveries promptly.
- Complete and authorize documentation accurately.
- Complete stock deliveries within one working day of receipt.
- Conduct rotational stock checks.
- Record stock locations for new products.
- Record stock adjustments and act accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
- Attend site meetings as required and follow up on issues.
- Perform other duties consistent with the role.
