Was Dich erwartet: Von Beginn an bist Du fester Bestandteil des E-Procurement‑Teams mit einem klar definiertem Lern‑ und Entwicklungsplan. Während Deiner Praxisphasen unterstützt Du die Umsetzung digitaler Beschaffungslösungen für unser DACH-Kunden und das Troubleshooting. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen (Sales, Implementierungsteam in UK, Kundenservice, diverse Fachabteilung UK, Buchhaltung) sowie externen Kunden und Dienstleistern wie SAP Ariba, Mercateo etc. zusammen. Wir bieten einen schrittweisen Übergang von den unterstützenden Tätigkeiten zu eigenständigen Aufgaben, Projekt– und Kundenverantwortung.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Operative Umsetzung der EDI-Anfragen
- Implementierung von Punchout / OCI, eOrdering, eInvoicing etc.
- Pflege und Prüfung von Katalog‑ und Klassifizierungsdaten
- Ticket‑Bearbeitung / Troubleshooting
