RS Global Search Partners are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised Security & high-Value Goods Freight forwarding business, in their search for a Global Commercial Operations Director. This role reporting directly to the Global Chief Commercial Officer, will oversee the full management of the Commercial function and running of the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic oversight and direction of the In-house commercial offering
  • Managing key relationships with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Your Teams will oversee:
  • BD support
  • RFPs
  • Client onboarding
  • Quoting and cost sheets
  • Pricing & Tendering
  • CRM
  • Account management

Essential Experience:

  • Experience working within the Security Logistics, High Value Goods Cargo movements (Essential)
  • Experience working within Freight forwarding (Essential)
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Strong background in leading inside sales, key accounts and pricing and tendering functions within a freight forwarding business
  • Experience building and shaping teams
