RS Global Search Partners are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised Security & high-Value Goods Freight forwarding business, in their search for a Global Commercial Operations Director. This role reporting directly to the Global Chief Commercial Officer, will oversee the full management of the Commercial function and running of the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic oversight and direction of the In-house commercial offering
- Managing key relationships with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally
Your Teams will oversee:
- BD support
- RFPs
- Client onboarding
- Quoting and cost sheets
- Pricing & Tendering
- CRM
- Account management
Essential Experience:
- Experience working within the Security Logistics Sector (Preferable)
- Experience working within Freight forwarding (Essential)
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Strong background in leading inside sales, key accounts and pricing and tendering functions within a freight forwarding business
- Experience building and shaping teams
