Are you a proven recruiter ready to step into a high-impact role within one of the most dynamic and resilient industries in the world? We are a specialist recruitment company exclusively focused on the Freight Forwarding, Customs and Contract Logistics industry. Our clients range from global freight giants and regional 3PLs to niche customs brokers and high-growth warehousing operators.
The Role
- Run your own high-value desk (or desk cluster) end-to-end — from business development with C-level logistics leaders to delivering senior placements (Operations Directors, Customs Compliance Managers, Ocean/Air or Road Managers, Contract Logistics vertical heads, etc.).
- Earn significant uncapped commission with realistic first-year OTE well into six figures for the right performer.
- Enjoy complete autonomy and flexibility in a fully remote environment — work from anywhere in the world (UK/EU time-zone alignment preferred).
- Mentor junior consultants if you choose the Managing route, or focus purely on high-billing personal production as a Principal.
Who We’re Looking For
You must have minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience and a track record of hitting targets and building long-term client relationships. We are deliberately open-minded on your background:
- Option A: You already recruit within Freight Forwarding, Customs or Contract Logistics — perfect, you already speak the language.
- Option B: You are a strong performer in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources or IT recruitment and have the drive and commercial acumen to quickly master our niche. We will invest in your transition with full sector training, market mapping support and senior mentorship.
Domain knowledge in logistics is a distinct advantage but not essential — hunger, resilience and a willingness to become the go-to expert in this space is what matters most.
What You Get
- Fully remote with flexible working hours
- Market-leading commission structure (no caps, fast payouts)
- Generous base salary reflecting your level
- Comprehensive benefits package (pension, healthcare, tech allowance, etc.)
- Zero micromanagement — you run your own business within our brand
This is not just another recruitment job. This is a career-defining move into a specialised vertical where your earnings and reputation grow in line with the global logistics boom.
If you’re a confident, self-motivated senior recruiter who wants to dominate a niche rather than compete in a saturated generalist market, we want to hear from you.
