RS Education is seeking a professional, ambitious, and results-focused Sales and Student Recruitment Executive to join our growing organisation. This is a performance-driven position focused on managing and converting prospective student leads. RS Education will provide qualified leads, and the successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their educational goals, recommending suitable study options, and guiding them through the application and enrolment process.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the confidence to build relationships, handle objections, maintain consistent follow-ups, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and manage company-provided student leads
- Convert prospective student enquiries into applications and enrolments
- Conduct professional follow-ups by telephone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand each student’s academic background, career goals, and study preferences
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, entry requirements, funding options, and application procedures
- Support students throughout the full recruitment journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, communications, applications, and outcomes
- Achieve agreed individual and team recruitment targets
- Monitor lead progress and provide regular performance reports to management
- Deliver a professional, ethical, and high-quality service to every prospective student
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
