Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Enrolment Advisor to join their growing enrolment team in a fast-paced EdTech environment. In this role, you\’ll be instrumental in supporting prospective students through the enrolment journey as they embark on postgraduate studies with prestigious international universities and institutions. Your mission will be to engage, guide, and inspire learners, helping them take the next step in their educational and career development.
Your Mission
To educate, consult, support, and enrol suitable applicants into innovative Career Accelerator programmes. As part of a global student enrolments team, you\’ll deliver exceptional levels of service, customer experience, and sales acumen.
What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
(Responsibilities & Structure of this Role)
- Support prospective students by guiding them through the application and enrolment process
- Drive enrolments by influencing beneficial customer decisions using your sales experience and intuition
- Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy framework
- Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to track, manage, and optimise the student enrolment journey
- Provide a world-class customer experience by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service
- Collaborate with teams such as direct sales and student support to ensure smooth transitions for new students
- Promote partner brand value propositions and clearly communicate the unique benefits of each Career Accelerator programme
- Continuously improve by actively participating in training, upskilling, and special projects
- Grow student numbers by encouraging referrals from existing and past students

- Demonstrable sales skills in high-value, consumer services or products (experience in the education sector is a plus). At least 3 years of dedicated sales experience is essential.
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs, with a track record of delivering strong sales results
- Exceptional communication skills via phone, video, and written formats
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining accurate data entry and CRM records
- Customer-first mindset to ensure all prospective students receive an outstanding experience
