Overview
Learning Experience Designer (Remote Contract, Part Time ASAP Start) for FourthRev to refresh and reimagine a 3-course Career Accelerator in Product Management into a sharper, more applied programme aligned to the latest industry demand.
You\’ll translate SME insights into structured, job-ready content and build engaging, realistic learning journeys for aspiring product managers. Work closely with a subject lead and SMEs with autonomy to shape content, tone, and learner experience while aligning with FourthRev and King\’s pedagogy.
Role Details
- Contract details: Start date Monday, 8 September 2025; End date Friday, 24 October 2025
- Commitment: 3 days per week
- Location: UK or South Africa
Responsibilities
- Rework existing course materials into applied, industry-aligned learning content
- Replace academic or duplicate content with practical, job-focused materials
- Build authentic assignments and applied tasks reflecting real product work
- Sequence content into realistic 12-15 hour/week learner experiences
- Integrate PM tooling and AI workflows where appropriate
- Deliver content via existing templates (Canvas, assignments, slides)
Requirements
- Ideal Profile: Senior-level experience in professional training or bootcamp-style programme design
- Skilled in adult learning, applied upskilling, and practical learning design
- Confident in designing simulations, applied tasks, and tool use
- Comfortable handling iterative feedback and multiple course streams
- Able to work independently with guidance from SMEs and subject leads
